Note: Determine the left and right sides of the machine from the normal operating position.
The following steps are standard for kit installation; follow them as closely as the individual situation allows.
Park the machine on a level surface.
Engage the parking brake.
Lower the cutting unit.
Shut off the engine and remove the key.
Parts needed for this procedure:

Install the straight fittings to the end of the hose as shown in Figure 1.
Note: Ensure the O-rings are on the fittings and lubricated with hydraulic oil.

Remove the diagnostic fitting from the port in the hydraulic line (Figure 2). Save the fitting for after towing has been completed.
Remove the plug from the port in the rear traction manifold (Figure 3). Discard this plug.
Install the hose to the port in the hydraulic line under the filter on the right side of the machine (Figure 2).


Install the hose to the rear traction manifold between ports M8 and P2 as shown in Figure 3.

Review the Pushing or Towing the Machine procedure in the Operator’s Manual.
Release the parking brake and keep the cutting units as low as possible.
Tow the machine.
After the towing, remove the hose from the manifold and the port near the filter.
Install the new hydraulic plug into the port in the rear traction manifold. Torque the plug to 34 N∙m (25 ft-lb).
Note: This hydraulic plug is a one-time use plug. If you need more, order them from your authorized Toro distributor.
Install the diagnostic fitting from the port in the hydraulic line.
