48in Tooth Bar

Slide the tooth bar over the bucket cutting edge and secure it as shown. Ensure all fasteners are tight.

If the tooth bar becomes loose, loosen the fasteners, push the tooth bar onto the bucket until it is tight, and tighten the fasteners.

Inspect the teeth regularly; replaced any worn or damaged tooth.

1. Using a hammer and punch, remove the roll pin securing the tooth.

2. Remove the tooth and slide on a new tooth. Secure it with a roll pin.
