12V Fuse Kit

1. Park the machine on a level surface.

2. Ensure that the parking brake is engaged.

3. Shut off the machine and remove the key.

4. Turn the battery-disconnect switch to the OFF position; refer to the Operator’s Manual for the machine.

5. Gain access to the area under the hood; refer to the Operator’s Manual for the machine.

Parts needed for this procedure:

1. Locate the DC-DC converter and disconnect it from the vehicle wire harness (Figure 1 and Figure 2).

   2. Disconnect the DC-DC converter from the vehicle wire harness.

   2. Disconnect the DC-DC converter from the vehicle wire harness.

2. Connect the kit wire harness to the DC-DC converter using the converter connector.

3. Connect the kit wire harness to the vehicle wire harness using the previously removed connector from step 1.

4. Install the ground block to the center support using 2 hex head bolts (Figure 5 and Figure 6).

5. Remove 2 Phillips head screw from the ground block and use them to secure the jumper strip.

6. Remove 1 Phillips head screw from the ground block and use it to secure the ring connector from the kit wire harness.

7. Secure the fuse block to the vehicle frame using the push-in fastener (Figure 9 and Figure 10).

8. Install the kit that requires the fuse block kit to the fuse block.

9. Replace the hood of the vehicle and turn the battery-disconnect switch to the ON position; refer to the Operator’s Manual for the machine.
